BC8 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on BC8 or using any part of the platform — including browsing, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming promotions — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the BC8 platform. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of all current terms, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms are written in English as the primary language for the Philippine market. In the event of any inconsistency between versions, the English text takes precedence.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a BC8 account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not for or on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an active BC8 account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or account suspension on the platform.

BC8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation as required under KYC procedures. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended and any funds returned subject to investigation.

You must keep your registration details up to date. If any information changes after registration — including your contact details or address — update your account profile promptly or notify support.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BC8 login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered device. Do not share these details with anyone, including family members or friends.

BC8 uses SSL encryption across all platform interactions and requires OTP verification for sensitive actions such as password changes and withdrawal requests. These measures are in place to protect you, but they do not remove your personal responsibility for account security.

BC8 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you receive a communication claiming to be from BC8 and asking for your password, do not respond and report it to support.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on BC8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion on the platform — your account balance, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are all denominated in PHP.

BC8 does not accept deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Any attempt to deposit funds through unapproved payment methods will be declined and the funds returned to the original source.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal method matches the payment method used for the most recent deposit, where applicable.
• There are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds being withdrawn .
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold applicable at the time of the request.

Processing times vary depending on the payment method and the result of any additional verification checks. BC8 will communicate estimated timelines through the platform and support channels. BC8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

Funds deposited into your BC8 account must only be used for gaming activity on the platform. BC8 reserves the right to investigate unusual transaction patterns and may request supporting documentation where necessary.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

BC8 offers various promotional incentives to new and returning players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual offer terms, which will be communicated alongside each promotion on the Promotions page.

General rules that apply to all bonus offers on BC8 include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by product and event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or event, BC8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. This determination is made at BC8's sole discretion.

• Live in-play betting is subject to suspension or early settlement at any time based on event conditions.

Disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlements must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. BC8's decision on settled bets is final after this period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BC8 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under your name or using another person's identity to create an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity in violation of Philippine law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known malfunction will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or any game format where collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access or tamper with any part of the BC8 platform, its servers, or its data.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BC8 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in payment processing.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

BC8's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim, in any case.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law and the rules under which BC8 operates. Any disputes arising from your use of the BC8 platform should first be directed to customer support, giving BC8 the opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
